What is SA-ArchPro?
The practice operating system for South African architectural practices — SACAP work stages, professional fees, documents, time and reporting in one portal.
Who is it for?
Registered professionals and practices of any size — and verified architecture students, who get the whole platform while they study.
How does the free trial work?
Every practice starts with a 30-day free trial with every feature, for just you or for up to 20 people. When you subscribe you choose a tier and how many people need an account. No card required to begin.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SA-ArchPro runs in your browser, on desktop and mobile, wherever you are.
Fees, billing & pricing

How is pricing structured?
Three tiers — Basic, Standard and Comprehensive — each priced per person: a price for the first person and a price for each person after that, billed monthly or annually. Every price is on the pricing page. More than 50 people? We set up Enterprise with you directly.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes — change tier, add or remove people, or cancel any time from within the portal. Adding people or moving up is charged for the days left in the month; removing people or moving down applies from your next payment.
How do fee calculations work?
Fee proposals are built on the gazetted SACAP guideline fees and stage apportionment, then carried through to stage invoicing. SACAP publishes these as guidelines — nothing the platform calculates is binding on you or your client.

Your data & compliance
Where your practice’s data stands.
Where is my data hosted?
Your records and files are stored in Johannesburg, South Africa. Some processing — signing in, the AI features, sending email and receiving the mail you forward to SA-ArchPro — runs in the United States; the Privacy Policy lists what goes where. POPIA is the baseline for how personal information is handled.
Is my practice's data isolated?
Yes — per-practice tenant isolation, role-based permissions, encryption in transit and at rest, and exportable audit trails.
Does the AI see my clients' details?
Archie works under guardrails: client details are screened out before anything leaves your workspace, and it only ever sees the files you explicitly hand it.
Does SA-ArchPro issue documents for me?
No. It prepares, numbers and revision-controls them — issuing stays with you, the professional. Your judgment and your liability are never transferred to software.

Yes — each plan includes a number of seats, with role-based permissions deciding who sees and does what.
Can I import my existing projects?
Yes — project import is built in, so an established practice does not start from a blank page.
